Terms of Service

HackInversion provides custom ERP software development, implementation, and ongoing support services under the OpsX product line. The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties.

The free operations audit offered on this website is a preliminary discovery call and carries no obligation to proceed with a paid engagement.

All custom software developed for a client under a paid engagement is the sole intellectual property of that client upon full payment. HackInversion does not retain any licensing rights, usage rights, or claims over software delivered to clients.

HackInversion retains ownership of any internal tooling, frameworks, or libraries developed independently and used during engagements. These are provided under a perpetual, royalty-free licence to the client as part of the delivered system.

HackInversion signs a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any audit or scoping call. All business information shared during discovery, scoping, and development is treated as strictly confidential.

HackInversion will not disclose, share, or use client business information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed engagement.

Payment terms are defined in the individual project agreement. Typically, engagements are structured as milestone-based payments tied to deliverable sign-off.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

HackInversion reserves the right to pause work on an engagement if an outstanding invoice remains unpaid beyond the agreed payment period.

HackInversion warrants that software delivered will function as specified in the agreed scope document. A warranty period of 90 days post-delivery is provided for defect resolution at no additional charge.

HackInversion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered software.

Our total liability in any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that engagement.

Post-delivery support and maintenance are provided under a separate support agreement. Details are agreed upon at the end of each implementation engagement.

Emergency support for critical production issues is available to clients on active support contracts.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is entitled to all work completed and paid for up to the termination date.

HackInversion will provide a handover package including all source code, documentation, and credentials for work completed at the time of termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from engagements with HackInversion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
