The information you submit through our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and schedule the free operations audit you requested.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
We may contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email to follow up on your enquiry. You can opt out of further communication at any time by replying to any message.
3. Data Storage and Security
Form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to our team inbox. Formspree's privacy policy governs how submissions are stored on their platform.
We do not maintain a marketing database. Your contact details are stored only in our internal communication tools and are not shared outside the HackInversion team.
Any ERP system we build for you is hosted on AWS Mumbai (or your preferred infrastructure) and governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement signed before the engagement begins.

Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
Vercel Analytics uses privacy-friendly, cookieless tracking. No cookie consent banner is required.
